Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but one (1) year work experience in customer service function is preferred.
- Confident but with pleasing personality, able to interact with different type of personalities.
- Must have an experience in graphic designing
Job Description:
- Liaise between customer service representatives and Customer Service Officer.
- Facilitate requirements for customer complaints/incident follow-through and resolution.
- Compile reports on customer feedback and monitor data on usage of customer service facilities.
- Facilitating and updating all on-ground requirements of customer service facilities.
- Assist in monitoring customer service products, such as but not limited to membership / loyalty cards.
- Supervise customer service representative deployment during events and promotions.
- Day-to-day clerical work preparing contracts, processing of billings, and procuring supplies.
