Position: Mandarin Service Desk
Location: McKinley, Taguig
Salary: P80,000 - P110,000 or above depends on working experience
Schedule: Dayshift

Other qualifications:
Basic understanding of AD, AD groups, Security Groups, etc
Good technical expertise on Windows 10, Office365 and MS Products
Understanding and experience in supporting Antivirus software
Understanding of Windows patch and other security updates
Should have understanding on MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
Experience in working with remote support tools
Good Knowledge on Voice Video Conferencing solutions
Basic understanding on Printer Support
Good Understanding of ITSM tools Preferably ServiceNow
Should have good understanding on ITIL process
Duties:
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Ensuring user queries or issues are captured, validated, and triaged for further processing.
Ensuring that various types of information are communicated to users through the appropriate channel(s).

Bachelor's degree
Amenable to work in McKinley, Taguig and in shifting schedule
Should have experience in voice support
1-3 years of Experience in technical Voice Support or ServiceDesk
Proficient in Mandarin and English (both speak, read and write)
