Responsibilities:
· Answer call, email, and chat from the customer regarding medical
· Minimum of 6 months work experience in Customer Service
· Medical Account experience is an advantage
· Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
· Maintains customer records by updating account information.
· Will handle 15-20 agents
Requirements:
· Can speak, read and write the Mandarin Language
· 1 year work experience as a Customer Services Supervisor
· Experience handling supervisory role
· Good communication skill in English
· Good comprehension and critical thinking
· Open to High School Graduate, Undergraduate and Bachelor Degree
· Open for Chinese National
· No age limit
