Requirements:
Proficient in speaking Mandarin
Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
With related work experience is an advantage but not required
With at least 1-2 years working experience in any industry is and advantage
Knowledgeable in computer applications/ Microsoft and Excel
Duties:
Responsible to resolve queries of the customers through call, e-mail and chat regarding Foreign Exchange history
Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new programs
Manage and process for all customer related issues
Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
