Responsibility:
● To timely reply to customers' inquiry
● To closely trace issues and make sure they are properly handled
● To well communicate with related dept. for all general issues
● To inform customers important info such as product/feature release, promotion or maintenance
● To collect VOC and closely follow them up
● Other assignment or supports requested by dept. head records of working activities
