A Secured Money remittance and money transfer services based in the US is currently dominating the world with their international branches. They are currently processing money transfers and remittances across the globe. Their customers are Chinese located around the world who would like to transfer or receive money from their families.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer calls from Chinese about remittance centers nearest locations
Answer inquiries from Chinese about requirements to claim the money
Assist in checking the delivery status of the payment transfer
Assist customers in creating an online profile for registration
Discuss Mobile wallet and how to activate it.
Help in tracking money transactions.
Give instructions on how to pick up the money.
REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino Chinese or Filipino
Open to Graduates or undergraduates
Open to Senior Highschool graduates
The requirement is 6 months of Mandarin CSR background from any industries
Having a customer service background is important
English and Mandarin are both important
The calls are all Mandarin Calls and very few English call
