Job Descriptions
Answering product and service queries to entice potential clients
Providing information about alternative products and services
Recording account information, starting new accounts, and maintaining accounts by updating information as needed
Answering phone calls and transferring them to appropriate departments based on their inquiries
Clarifying the customer's complaint after verifying its legitimacy in order to resolve product or service issues
Ascertaining the nature of a customer's problem, explaining the best solution, and ensuring that it is handled in accordance with the company's guidelines and policies
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree graduate
Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English
Must have native or close to native proficiency
At least 2-year related experience
Excellent time management, able to multi-task, and can work under high pressure
Good interpersonal skills
Open to Expat
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
