Our Client Solutions team (that's you!) based in Makati City offices assist in this process by providing home loan application support in the submission of loans to our lender panel.
Joining a team providing loan processing, compliance and 'back of house' support to our rapidly-growing national team of Brokers, this fast-paced and varied role will see you accountable for (but not limited to):
Loan Processor (CUSTOMER FACING)
Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Post Submission Loan Application and Client Expectation Management
Liaising with Clients, Brokers and Lenders to ensure that loans are Approved as efficiently as possible
Loan approval coordination with Clients, Brokers, Lenders and Solicitors to ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
Extensive lending/broker/finance support experience, preferably from credit assessment, including exposure to finance applications, submissions and settlements
Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, delegate and prioritise as appropriate, based on situation
A high degree of competency in computer and web applications
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; including a strong and fluent command of English
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.
Exposure to the Australian lending market is essential
Business/Commerce/Finance degree or diploma is essential
