Our Phenomenal Opportunity
Ericsson Philippines - Global Shared Services Center is growing! We are looking for Master Data Line Manager that reports to the Head of Supplier, Customer, Services and Distribution Manager. The role has an overall responsibility for leading and controlling the day-to-day delivery of master data maintenance with high-quality within agreed lead times according to pre-defined service level agreements. The Supplier, Customer, Services and Distribution team has around 20-22 members at three different sites, Manila in Philippines, Bucharest in Romania and Nanjing in China.
You Will
Manage and control the day-to-day operations of delivering master data maintenance.
Ensuring high-quality master data in a timely and efficient manner.
Leading and resolving performance issues.
Drive continuous improvements.
Follow up and securing the team's performance targets.
Develop robust and motivated employees.
To be successful in the role must have
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Master's in science is advantage.
At least 3 years of proven leadership experience.
Minimum of 3-year experience in Master Data Management and in business transformation is a must.
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to influence people.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills with emphasis on team development, mentor, and creating room to collaborate.
A result-oriented great teammate - specifically in driving global standard implementations and changes in multicultural organizations.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
