The Knowledge Management Specialist - Internal Customer Experience is responsible for the planning, assembly, execution and end to end survey services for GSSC. The role involves the following activities, but not limited to:
1. Determine the overall objective of a survey request
2. Analysis and interpretation of survey data points
3. Provides recommendation around the survey design and test question wording
Determine and specify details of survey projects, including sources of information, procedures to be used, and the design of survey instruments and materials. Consult stakeholders to identify survey needs and specific requirements, such as special samples. Monitor and evaluate survey progress and performance, using sample disposition reports and response rate calculations. Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results.
