Job Descriptions
Customer Sip Telco Trunks Function:
Oversee the incoming request for onboarding of Customer Sip Telco Trunks Cloud OPS Team, will manage the salesforce queue and make sure that onboarding process is a pleasant experience
Liaise with customers thru the Customer Sip Telco Trunks on boarding process and journey thru successful integration
Monitors the commitment of the Customer Sip Telco Trunks Cloud OPS Team per customer, ensuring that service level agreement is met
Together with the Sales Team and VoiceCloudOps Team, will assist customers queries and concerns
Coordinate if needed customer and RC maintenance windows for Customer Sip Telco Trunks
Analyst Function:
Phone Number Provisioning and testing which will require the use of self service portals or internal tools
Data sets review and provide analysis/reports
Participate in process improvement and documentation
Other duties:
The analyst will also support non Customer Sip Telco Trunks functions such as number management and emergency services support tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
At least 2 year Customer Service experience is required.
Must have excellent soft email and verbal communications skills
Candidates with sip experience and knowledge preferred
Has ability to learn various GUI and systems quickly (Tableau, Salesforce, JIRA).
Must be a good team player, innovative, creative and can work gracefully under pressure, should also have a strong sense of ownership and ability to manage their own workload.
Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Required:
Analysis tools experience preferred (Wireshark, CDR analysis/kibana etc..)
Nice to have:
Subject matter expert on global telecom concepts from acquisition to routing of any number type from any country.
Experience in service delivery management related to Telecom or equivalent B2B processes is an advantage.
