Handle inquiries and concern via email and call from Client and Employees
Handle confidential information with sensitivity.
Perform other related tasks
Record transactions and coordinate to different department in the Company
Requirements:
Filipino; can speak, read and write Japanese
With Good English Communication
At least senior high school graduate
With at least 6 months- 1 year CSR experience is a plus, but not required
Must be willing to work in Pasay City
Willing to work in shifting schedule
