The Client Service Group (CSG) is responsible for managing and facilitating the daily unique and complex service needs of the Private Bank's client base. Service is delivered in a team-based model with key locations in the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Coordinate collection and processing of tax documentation
· Manage daily transactions and inquiries accurately, within established deadlines and in accordance with firm and business policies and procedures
· Management and follow through on Service requests, including composition of credit reference letters, account maintenance activities for credit and debit card products and annual service fee administration, as directed by the CSA teams
· Assist with research, follow-up and issue resolution through effective interaction with CSAs and operations teams in a timely and professional manner
· Funds/ wire transfer processing
· Escalation of issues for any urgent matters or assistance
· Participate in Service-related projects/priorities as needed
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· 1-3 years experience in the Financial Services and/or Private Banking industry
· BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience
· Highly organized, attentive to details, excellent follow up habits
· Effective communicator (both orally and written)
· Ability to work effectively as a member of a team with the ability to work well with multiple CSA teams and other team members
· High level of personal initiative, and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business priorities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), general comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software and databases Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
