Job Description
What Youll Do
You will foster cross-cultural communication skills among customer care teams.
You will promote effective collaboration with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop comprehensive international training programs.
You will design engaging and culturally sensitive training materials (for remote and live sessions), incorporating adult learning principles and best practices.
You will deliver training sessions and workshops to customer care teams across non-English markets, using various instructional techniques and technologies.
You will coordinate planning for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements and participation communication.
You will evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and feedback, making continuous improvements to training programs.
You will be responsible for staying updated on the latest training technologies and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual training tools and e-learning authoring software.
You will support administration duties on our learning and content platforms (Bridge and Shelf), including but not limited to user management, upkeeping content, and supporting local markets on troubleshooting.
What Youll Bring
You have a bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Training and Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a Training Specialist or a similar role, with a high level of product and system knowledge.
You are fluent in Spanish. (Preferred but not required.)
You can work independently and in a diverse team environment (EMEA regions).
You have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.
You have experience and knowledge of instructional design principles (ID Methodologies such as ADDIE & Kirkpatrick), training methodologies, and adult learning theories.
You have experience designing and delivering programs using a variety of modalities, including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and in-person sessions.
You have excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
You understand cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to adapt training content to diverse cultural contexts.
You have an elevated level of computer and analytics skills (Google Workspace and Microsoft Office) You have strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously, and take on and own ad-hoc independent projects related to training and knowledge management.
