SERVICE SPECIALIST
The Service Staff will be responsible for welcoming guests enthusiastically, taking orders and serving food to customers. Duties will range from setting the table, being attentive to customer's needs, up to making sure that guests leave with a great dining experience.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Takes food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude
Must know how to properly set tables for incoming guests and customers
Prepares food billing for customers after dining, and collects payments accordingly
Ensures the tables and dining area are maintained clean at all times
Coordinates with the kitchen staff for orders, follow-ups, and take-outs
Preferably with a background in bartending
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must know how to engage with customers in a friendly manner
Have the ability to make suggestions to customers about their preferences
Must have the ability to serve customers in a fast and accurate manner
Must have at least 2-4 years of working experience as a Service Staff preferably for a 5-star hotel
