AUDIT SPECIALIST
 
Job Description:
 
1. Audit Planning and Documentation
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation to be provided to the Company's external auditors
Assist in documenting the audit process and preparing audit findings
Assist in the preparation and presentation of reports that clearly reflect the audit observations and findings
2. Financial Data Review and Analysis
Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, and data
Verify, analyze, and inspect customer accounts receivable and payable subsidiary ledgers and general ledgers for accuracy and completeness
3. Reconciliation and Financial Controls
Verify and reconcile intercompany transactions
Bank reconciliation across all entities in the Arcenas Group
Assist in the reconciliation of all government reports and tax returns and ensure accuracy and completeness
4. Compliance and Regulatory Monitoring
Keeping up to date with changes in auditing standards and regulations and ensuring compliance with the law
5. Risk Management and Process Improvement
Do a thorough analysis of the audit reports and findings to identify opportunities to increase profitability and reduce costs
Recommend best practices to prevent fraud and reduce organizational risks
6. Work Commitment During Audit Period
May work longer hours during the audit period to meet targets and schedules.
Qualification Standards:
 
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience
Profession: At least 2-year experience in the field of accounting, compliance and/or audit
License
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is advantage but not required
Others
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with accounting software and tools
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Team player and possess high problem-solving abilities

Possess strong organizational skills
