POS TRAINER
 
We are looking for motivated individuals who are willing to learn our POS software and train clients on its proper use. This role involves working with various types of businesses, understanding their operations, and providing training and support to ensure client satisfaction.
 
Applicants with a background in accounting or related fields are encouraged to apply, as the role benefits from strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of transaction flows and business processes commonly used in POS systems.
 
Duties & Responsibilities
Train clients on the proper and effective use of the POS software
Assist clients during system onboarding and implementation
Address customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure customer satisfaction and positive user experience
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
Background in Accounting or related field is an advantage
Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset
No prior experience required; training will be provided
Willing to work on weekends and holidays when needed
Open to work-related travel
