HR MANAGER
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Conduct job interviews and coordinate the hiring process.
Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Address and resolve employee relations issues.
Mediate conflicts and foster a positive working environment.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
Facilitate professional development opportunities.
Oversee performance appraisal processes.
Provide feedback to employees and managers on performance.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
Administer and manage employee benefits programs.
Monitor and analyze salary data to ensure competitiveness.
Conduct salary reviews and make recommendations.
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
Ensure the organization's compliance with employment laws.
Handle legal matters related to HR, such as investigations and documentation.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent application of policies across the organization.
Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
Conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
Address and resolve workplace conflicts fairly and effectively.
Guide dispute resolution and disciplinary actions.
Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other relevant data.
Identify and develop high-potential employees for key roles.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement programs to promote employee well-being and a safe working environment.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategic plans.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations is crucial.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks, such as handling employee records, coordinating events, and overseeing HR processes.
Leadership qualities
Familiarity with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant technologies
The ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions
Can start immediately
- with 50 pesos Lunch Allowance
