HR GENERALIST
 
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a relevant field
Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
Excellent communication skills in both written and oral
Meticulous attention to detail
Strictly maintains confidentiality
Self-Confident and can work under minimum supervision
At least 3 years of work experience in Human Resources
Job Description:
Administer recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing job offers and employment contracts.
Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Responsible for updating and applying all HR policies and company guidelines.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
Creates monthly newsletters and emails for employee birthdays and updates the HR Corner accordingly.
Process the company's payroll every pay period.
Ensure the accuracy of records that pertains to timekeeping and payroll.
Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.
Ensure timely payments to employees' government contributions.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.
Create memos for company announcements. 
Create and Implements the Company Code of Conduct, Policies, and Procedures and serve disciplinary actions.
