HR GENERALIST
 
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers for nationwide construction projects 
Coordinate with project managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Establish and maintain networks with recruitment agencies for talent pool and sourcing
Oversee employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, contract signing, orientation, and training coordination.
Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final settlements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, certifications, and training logs.
Ensure proper documentation for labor compliance.
Administer time keeping and employee benefits
Assist in analyzing recruitment effectiveness and providing data-driven insights to management 
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and turnover.
Develop training and development programs.
Issue Notice to Explain and Notice of Disciplinary Actions to erring employees
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE:
Graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist roles.
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
Experience with payroll and benefits administration
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office Based with occasional field work
