Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in AB/BS Psychology and Human Resource Development Management (HRDM)
Preferably a Certified Human Resource Associate or Licensed Psychometrician.
With experience in HR or related role but not required.
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Willing to be assign in San Fernando Cebu.
