HR MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource, or any related course
Must have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration.
Proven experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
Experience with talent acquisition and retention strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for interaction with employees across all levels
Has analytical and problem-solving abilities for handling complex HR issues and decision-making.
With high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and leadership.
Cultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
