PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
Responsible in all operational HR topics, support managers and ensure high-quality service in HR recruiting, people operations and all activities around the employee lifecycle as and ensure compliance with labor law, local standards and internal policies.
Responsible in maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations, company policies and procedures, programs, practices, personnel assessment and labor management.
Responsible in employee's growth and well-being. Improving workplace communication and preparing employees for success. Handling interpersonal conflicts to building company culture.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
▪ End-to-end full HR operational responsibility for SSG
o Lead the operational HR and ensure high-quality of HR service
o Designer of a good employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
o Ensure HR advice and support service for the management and employees in all operational HR processes
▪ Responsible for management and execution of the whole employee life cycle
o Advise and guide the managers in all HR processes around the employee lifecycle (employee introduction training, performance management and development, total rewards, salary and bonus round, promotions, separations etc.)
▪ Improve people management practices, HR operations and other HR activities
o Prepare the HR strategy, headcount, attrition and retention plan
o Ensure high quality of recruitment service
▪ Ensuring the HR functions, policies and procedures comply with regulatory, policy, budgetary, SLA, quality, and business performance requirements
o Ensure compliance with the processes and regulations and labor law
o Support and coordinate the organizational changes for respective unit or country in cooperation with HR leadership and strategic advisory
o Guide and support the managers in their headcount planning processes
o Implementation of new and operation of existing HR tools
o Support the HR Heads in the implementation of the new rules and programs
o Coordinate and participate in the process optimization tasks and HR marketing activities
o Manage and/or participate in different (global) projects
o Provide HR analytics and suggest HR tool improvements
▪ Developing and fostering strong relationships across all business teams and departments
o Maintain SSG's core values that support the company's vision and shape the culture
o Coordinate cooperation and regular exchange of information with other departments within the company
▪ Effective management and quality of all HR tasks and manage and execute the core HR day-to-day operation
Role Overview:
Update/revise policies manual and strict implementation and enforcement of company rules and regulations
Forecasts and plans together with all concerned departments regarding expansion, back-fill hiring and attrition management
Sustain the company grievance process and resolve conflicts through the implementation of mitigation meetings
Head of the SSG employee engagement committee and hold regular meetings to discuss employee welfare
Ensure compliance to the SSG performance improvement plan (PIP) policies and manage the implementation of the annual appraisal program
Analyze reports and recommend process improvements and corrective action, maintain industry reports and review management reports pertaining to scope of work
Establish an official announcement portal for all company-related events, utilize all forms of media for company announcements and internal corporate communications
Document and file all DOLE-related changes and updates, ensure full compliance for SSG to DOLE regulations
Review job description library and document all changes/updates made, create job description documents for new positions, streamline all positions and ensure all positions are optimized and succession planning is established and practiced across all units
Recommend annual salary increase matrix based on performance appraisal results, conduct salary reviews based on internal and external salaries, and streamline benefits and recommend corrective action
Maintain staffing requirements within the budget
Project Assistance / Team Interfaces
Support HR Director in developing and implementing appropriate learning and development policies
Prepare and produce reports, material and documentation immediate supervisor
Create and maintain organized project files
Participate in the activities associated with a variety of departmental projects ensuring established timelines are met
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with team members and department contacts in order to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided
Treat all internal/external customers and team members with dignity/respect
Support Assistance
To ensure that they and their team promote and maintain a high standard of professional HR practice
To provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the Human Resources
To work closely with each service group under your responsibility and to ensure that the HR service they deliver meets the service groups needs
Responsible for investigating and responding to problems, enquiries and complaints
Help implement organizational changes and take part in strategic management
Prepare reports, material and documentation as requested by Senior Leadership Team and Operations
