Job Description
Responsible for planning and execution of the advanced strategies of the HR department including recruitment strategies, compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor standards, and more
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage and ensure retention strategies.
Provide the necessary support for payroll and compensation and benefits requirements.
Oversees the manpower count and manpower requisitions
Develop activities to increase the motivation and engagement level of the employees
Manage counseling and disciplinary actions of employees to maintain an organized and peaceful workplace
Ensures compliance to the labor law in conducting investigations and administering admin hearings.
Ensures performance appraisal measures are administered and properly monitored
Responsible for reviewing incident reports and issuance of NTE
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
