HR ASSOCIATE
 
Brief description of the Role
 
The HR Associate is in charge of all possible tasks responsible to create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, company policies an make employee benefits programs.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
At least 2 years of experience
Deep understanding of Labow Law and employment equity regulations
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
Excellent record keeping skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
