HR STAFF
Qualifications:
Female Graduate of BS in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
Must have at least 2 years' experience in various HR functions.
Must be good in handling and dealing with people of different ages, gender and attitude.
Must have good interpersonal skills.
Above average in English skills especially in writing.
Must have an experience in preparing, drafting and serving of notices, memos, IR, show cause orders, sanctions, and other letters to employees.
Knows how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday.
Willing to multi-task and do other related Admin and HR works.
Can work under pressure and with less supervision.
Willing to work in a simple Office set-up and environment.
Benefits Package:
Starting gross compensation of P15,000 to P18,000 depending on the qualifications.
With Performance/Christmas Bonus every December on top of the 13 th Month Pay.
Complete SSS, PHIC, HDMF and other mandatory benefits.
