COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
 
Expertise in Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance.
Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Possesses strong HR Operations management skills including Timekeeping, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee engagement, Performance Management, Learning and Development and Labor Relations.
Strong knowledge of the Administrative roles including Occupational Safety and Health Laws (RA 11058), housekeeping, security, company's amenities and services and other related areas.
Ability to manage and formulate HR policies and procedures aligned with corporate goals.
Strong knowledge in Organization Development
Demonstrates talent management and leadership skills to effectively develop a team
Possesses Strong skills in HR Metrics and Analysis
Experience in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to travel nationwide
EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administrative roles, preferably in a Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Proven experience in managing multiple HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Organization Development.
Hands-on experience in labor law compliance
With background in various certifications such as HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO 9001 2015, ISO 14001
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor or a related field.
Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus.
Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training is an advantage but not
