Job Description
 
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Healthcare) to join our team. The role involves supporting healthcare-related accounts and ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
 
Qualifications:
College Graduate
Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Studies such as:
Pharmacy
Medicine / Alternative Medicine
Nursing
Life Sciences
Minimum of 3 months relevant experience
Knowledge of clinical terms and pharmacovigilance is a plus
Good communication skills
Willingness to work in Taguig under a hybrid work setup
Additional Notes:
PHRN and RPH profiles may be considered
No license allowance will be provided
