We are seeking a customer centric, data driven, and passionate Associate Customer Success Manager to help our customers adopt and engage with our tools, building preference and loyalty to LexisNexis over the long term.
This role will be in charge of APAC customers within an international team covering Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Europe.
Responsibilities
The Associate Customer Success Manager works in tandem with our Sales and Customer Support teams to provide post-sales support to customers leveraging our news and business information solutions. We take a consultative approach with every account to hone our support to our customers' geography, industry, department, and role. Your ultimate goal will be to drive customer happiness, engagement, adoption, retention, and overall success via in-person and digital:
Product onboarding, training, and demos
Webinars, panels, and presentations
Outreach and engagement of new and dormant users
Search / dashboard set-up and consulting
Customer meeting follow-ups
We are looking for results-oriented individuals who can leverage their expertise as well as our CRM tools, processes, and metrics to achieve clear targets in their assigned territories. We work in as global and supportive culture where our customer success teams share feedback and collaborate closely with our product and content functions to continuously improve our offerings and go-to-market. We value individuals who have a passion for customers, think outside of the box, and can work seamlessly across borders, hierarchy, and functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience in a matrixed corporate environment. Past experience in consulting, sales, or B2B industries is a plus.
Business fluency in English - Chinese is a strong plus. Other language appreciated.
Demonstrated ability of consultative approach to uncover customer's needs, investigate further, and resolve problems.
Ability to quickly develop an in depth understanding of LN products and services.
Strong oral and written communication skills and confidence in presenting to senior customer stakeholders.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to interpret key performance metrics and take action to achieve targets
Could require local or overnight business travel.
