Proficient in both German and English
Technical Support and Service desk experience is an advantage
At least Vocational level
Knowledge in Microsoft application is a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide 1st level technical support
Troubleshoot related concerns and queries
Respond to software and hardware inquiries
Assist customers in logging system
Update and track the incoming calls in the system
