JOB SUMMARY:
Facilities, and coordinates requests, follow-ups, and/or complaints of customers. He or she is responsible for memo/CRECOM creation, routing it to the respective signatories, and preparing and sending out reply letters to the customers within the turnaround time. Provides accurate information by being an expert in account review and ledgering, request facilitation/endorsement, policy and processes implementation anchored by necessary skills and competencies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process the assigned daily work list within the given cycle time in an accurate and efficient manner.
Facilitates and coordinates concerns and requests by either 1) processing requests related to Service Desk and 2) liaises with internal and external units in charge of the client's concern.
Has the ability to prepare reply letters based on the decision of the Credit Committee thru the routed memo/CRECOM.
Expected to be an expert in account review, account ledgering, request facilitation/endorsement, policy and process implementation, and other related tasks. Also, has the ability to analyze problems encountered and recommend solutions.
Responsible for updating the statuses of accounts in the monitoring system and submission of daily report updates to keep the supervisor on track of the work being assigned.
Expected to support as a backup of their teammates.
Expected to support activities that Team Leader and/or Department Head assign to the Representative within one's capacity
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year course or Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course, such as Marketing Management, Business Administration/ Management. HRM, AB Psychology, etc.
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in customer service, or any service-oriented industry/position; fresh graduates also acceptable.
