Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer service ticket.
Handle all customer interactions in an engaging and effective manner.
Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments as needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of related working experience in Customer Service.
Fluent in English (US) both written and oral.
Diploma in any discipline or relevant working experience.
Must be able to work rotating shifts and on weekends/holidays.
Must have own computer and a stable internet connection as this is a work-from-home (WFH) position.
