Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Position
The Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall customer experience processes and strategies including events management for the clients. S/he is also responsible for managing the assigned accounts ensuring that provided services are world-class and exceeds the clients' expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the client meetings as deemed necessary, and ensures that the client's expectations are duly recorded;
Monitors the progress of client acquisition projects, discusses concerns, and acts swiftly on an agreed strategy aimed at immediate conversion to sales;
Establishes and updates the potential of both current and prospective clients and submits data for analysis, assessment, and decision inputs to aid the establishment of realistic sales projection;
Prepares contingency and catch-up plans in situations assessed to be leading to non-attainment of sales goals and ensures project movement according to defined timelines;
Attends the sales alignment meetings and other meetings called by management;
Analyses all sales data and information on the dashboards and posts updates of the projects on the same;
Monitors reconciliation of accounts receivables and other documentation concerns;
Manages difficult situations, especially when faced with delays or other job-related issues; and
Performs other function-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required
Graduate of any bachelor's degree course, preferably Business Administration or relevant field
With an entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, and with experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision
With strong analytical abilities, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Goal-oriented and organised team player
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
