Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any course
With excellent English communication skills
Preferably with 1 - 2 years Survey experience in BPO/Shared Service setting
CSR experience in healthcare field is a BIG PLUS
Amenable to work on night shift schedule
Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls to client to ask and to know about their feedback of the products and devices
Conduct a survey on the client experience in using the medical devices
Analyze data, survey and research to gather information and feedback from the clients
Prepare survey reports and research for the clients regarding to their feedback of the medical devices and products
Prepare and present summaries and analyses of survey data, including tables, graphs, and fact sheets that describe survey techniques and results.
