Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of International BPO experience
Proven experience in an inbound/outbound Customer support role
Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google sheets
Knowledgeable in CRMs (Zoho would be advantageous)
