About The Role
What will you do?
Ensure excellent service standards and will handle escalated tickets
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Follow established communication guidelines and will respond efficiently to customer inquiries
Maintain high customer satisfaction and will respond efficiently to customer inquiries
Have the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Be a go-to person for the business unit and produces end of shift reports
What are the requirements?
A sound understanding of customer service
Tier 2 or higher email support CS experience
4+ years of relevant work experience in the BPO industry
An effective coach and mentor, not only of the business processes and requirements but of the company values and culture
A strong team player and will work with fellow shift leads, along with other members of management to keep all work compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
About You
The 2nd tier support and the primary escalation point of team members
A subject matter expert within the department and therefore are expected to be a collaborator of information, knowledge, and guidance
Will ensure all team members are on task, and that customer support is operating smoothly.
