Job responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsible for answering customer inquiries, Promoting sales
Assisting, Shopping guide for customers
Responsible for "Oder processing and customer after-sales service such as receiving orders, making orders and checking orders.
Making data entry of online store sales and other information.
Communicate with customer's online, understand customer needs, properly handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintenance of daily promotional activities and page maintenance of the platform website (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
