Job Customer
Job Descriptions
Handle outbound and inbound call to/from patients and doctors.
Provide assistance to patients on how to access government assistance program such as PCSO, OOP, DSWD and PAGCOR.
Keep record of patient information.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Medical departments.
