Receives and responds to inbound phone calls of customer inquiries professionally and timely. Logs/records customer inquiries or concerns for proper monitoring.
Resolves issues about products and services and escalate concerns to the supervisor when necessary.
Generates customer interest in the company's products or services.
Documents and reports customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
Manages and updates customer databases with notes for each customer.
Conducts research to deliver accurate and timely information.
Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications
College graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
Over 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative or a Call Center Agent.
With an extensive customer service experience related in fields such as; Customer Service, Marketing, Part/Service, Business Devt. and etc.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Must have experience in handling calls/customer inquiries particularly in a business to customer environment
Background in Motorcycle industry or knowledge in MC unit is an advantage
