JOB DESCRIPTION
Able to understand and execute new processes with ease
Able to work on the island Paradise of balesin
Adept with usage of phone messaging apps
Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.
Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
Processing and logging incoming calls into CRM system.
Identifying customer needs.
Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
Preferably female
To be assigned in Balesin Island (Food and Accommodation will be provided by the company).
