What are your responsibilities?
• Interacting with and assisting end users to become successful streamers.
• Supporting end users with technical issues as well as licensing and payment concerns.
• Creating tutorials and developing an end user knowledge base for XSplit products.
• Communicating with product managers, quality assurance and development teams on recurring issues.
Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in information technology or computer science.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in customer service for computer software.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Any experience with our products, live streaming or gaming is a plus.
• Any experience with live production hardware is a plus
