CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST
Job Description
Provide excellent customer service by listening to customers regarding the service we provide and find the best solution for the customer.
Maintain excellent knowledge of the products and services in order to understand the customers’ needs.
Upsell and cross-sell to exceed monthly sales goals.
Engage and have fun while making the customers happy.
Maintain a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails.
Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
Qualification
All are welcomed to apply as long as you have average to good communication skills
Must have own equipment
Preferably with 2 years’ experience in Healthcare and Retention
