Position Responsibilities
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to ensure that our customers are adopting our SaaS project.
The CSM is also responsible for:
- Renewing existing SaaS contracts, identifying new business, and expansion opportunities.
- Maintaining/exceeding quota levels for both renewal and expansion efforts.
- Providing customer assistance for requests, inquiries, and training needs.
- Escalating customer issues to Support and other organization at Deltek.
The Customer Success Manager typically reports to a Team Lead, Manager, or Sr. Manager within the Customer Success SaaS organization.
Qualifications
- Prior Experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Proven ability to drive and track continuous value of customer subscriptions
- Results-oriented in terms of quota but not sacrificing customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred
- Must be willing to work on a US shift schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities
