This is a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organize, enter and maintain accurate data in Zoho.
Monitor and action client tasks.
Set up and deliver demonstrations on how to use platform
Assist set up new client accounts and be the point of contact for any issues.
Assist with creating reports and provide analytics.
Inbox management.
Provide excellent customer service.
Ensure brand consistency.
Being accountable for customer satisfaction and retention.
Implement and improve systems and processes.
Assist with Client Surveys
Provide technical support to customers utilizing online knowledge base, emails, video conference or phone calls.
Educate customers on how to use Software better.
Responsible for inbound and outbound calls in relation to enquiries.
Troubleshoot any technical issues and alert the tech team as necessary.
Support the Marketing and Operations Leader with any task as required.
Additional Tasks
General administration tasks including document storage and filing.
Assist with marketing campaigns as required.
Continuous training and ongoing development to ensure you understand the Software's capabilities and be across new features and updates.
Participation in all team meetings (daily huddle and weekly meeting).
Log all time worked in Zoho.
Requirements
Have a positive and can-do attitude along with a willingness to learn.
Genuine interest and passion for tech start-ups and wanting to grow into this industry
Hands-on and willing to help wherever needed.
Proactive and confident in making suggestions and generating ideas for improvements.
Amazing communication with clients, colleagues and the ability to build relationships.

Experience working with Australian service businesses is highly regarded.
