Location - Manila
We are seeking a young and dynamic individual to join our CS team located in Manila. Some basic CS experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be given.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Customer questions and complaints via a selection of live chat formats
Respond to customer emails in a timely and effective manner
Help to provide basic content translation from English to Chinese.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
Key Qualifications
MUSTFluent in Chinese both written and reading as well as speaking. You should also have basic English language skills too so that you can communicate with members of the wider business based elsewhere
Ideally you will have 3-5 years CS experience
Good computer skills including proficiency in all Microsoft word products.
Flexible approach to working hours, some weekend shifts will be needed
A desire to work your way up within the business and graduate towards leading a CS team at a future date.
