This is a remote position.
We're seeking a permanent Customer Support Specialist who wants to grow to their full potential with our team and company for years to come.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains rapport with customers
Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
Analyze/Examine complaints, suggesting methods to address solutions
Update our internal databases / CRM and create a relative report with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Gather customer feedback and share with managing team members
Requirements
-Must be amenable to work 34 hrs per week, during U.S business hours
-Shifts are 6 hours Tuesday to Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday PHT
-Depending on the shift and time of year, this ranges from 12am - 3 pm PHT.
At least one year experience in a BPO / Call Center set up
Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
Personal drive, initiative and resourcefulness
Strong organizational skills within highly dynamic changing environment
Quality USB Headset with noise cancellation technology
Personal computer to be used for work, with a reliable internet connection and in case of loss of power or internet, a back-up plan or location that provides power and internet connection within 30 minutes of an outage
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity and proven experience using Customer Service/ CRM tools like Zoho Desk, Hubspot Service Hub, Zendesk etc)
2+ years of experience as Customer Support Specialist
