Responding to customers via email, social media or other known marketing channels to inform them of our stocks availability and generate sales.
Prioritization to deliver the goods to our customers
Know how to handle customer complaints and process orders
Attention to detail
Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
Independent worked, pro-active and a self-starter
Report directly to the Operations Manager
Job Qualifications
Educational Requirement : Any related field
Years of experience : At least 1-2 years working experience in the field of customer service / Fresh Graduates may apply
Knowledge Requirement : Customer-service, excellent in oral and written communication skills, Excellent negotiation
Skills Requirement : High sense of responsibility, Competent in assigning staff duties, honest, hardworking, highly creative, and Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Attitude Requirement : Thrive in collaborative work environment, Adaptable / flexible, Multi-tasking, can work under pressure, Dependable, Cooperative, Service oriented, Ability to make sound decisions, self-confident and think logically, Patience, Assertive.
