ServeCorp Pacific is looking for full time Customer Service to join our dynamic team, in a fast-growing BPO company.
This exciting opportunity is a fulltime customer service that will give the successful candidate the full perspective of all facets of Customer Service in eCommerce environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Receive customer concerns over the phone, email and chat.
Resolve customer concerns, inquiries or requests.
Ensure customer concerns are handled in an appropriate and knowledgeable manner
Identify opportunities to further enhance relationship with the existing customers
Edit Products using Adobe Photoshop
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in handling universal account (E.g. ordering, billing, sales, and retention)
Self-Motivated
Ability to work well as a team member
Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
Able to work efficiently
Training will be provided for qualified candidates
Adobe Photoshop is a must
