Job Customer Service
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
At least 6 months of call center experience with B2B campaigns
Happy to work on night shift and is willing to be moved to morning shift
Fantastic communications skills both oral and written.
Work driven and is eager to learn new things
Team work attitude and is very motivated to do well
