Job Descriptions
Lola Nena's is urgently looking for Customer Service Trainer to join our growing family. You will be responsible for the following:
Organizing training and acts as the facilitator for trainings requested
Ensures new hires takes on basic customer service skills, communication skills, and other required skills
Provides meaningful feedback/coaching to trainees in a timely manner to maximize their training experience and results
Implements activities and other measurement tools to gauge learner comprehension and proceed to execute an improvement plan, if needed
Measures and reports effectiveness of training by administering tests and evaluations
Works together with Operations Manager in designing new training plans or developing existing training materials
Contract length: 5 months
